I made a claim.on the 10th January. Still no money. They lied about contacting my vet (they hadn't) and have ignored emails, don't answer the phone. It's dreadful. I honestly don't know how they are getting awards...clearly those doing the awards don't read the reviews and have never insured a pet with them. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
