Shocking service

Good interest rate but shocking customer service having nearly 2 weeks to open account, ignoring there own complaint policy’s by not responding in the state and required time scale and a normal banking question being rises via there chat took over a week to be replied back you and that was only after I messaged again raising a complaint they then replied Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
