Customer service below average

Sometimes you might speak to someone who is friendly and helpful. Sometimes you might speak to someone who is friendly but hasn't a clue what they're doing. Most of the time, though, you'll speak to someone who sounds bored and couldn't give a stuff. Reviewed on: 1st June 2018

Excellent

We all know Amex isn't universally accepted by merchants, but so what? The card benefits are excellent, the customer service is superb, and their app and online account management is brilliant. Reviewed on: 1st June 2018

Appalling customer service

I prefer it when I don't have to contact a financial service provider because it means everything is going well... but I have been thoroughly disappointed by Creation's approach to customer service. Nobody knows what they're talking about, nobody takes responsibility for putting things right, and it left a really bad taste in my mouth. A rewarding experience

As a recent addition to the banking landscape, I wanted to give Tandem's new credit card a try. As far as the product features go, the highlights are the 0.5% cashback on all spending and fee-free purchases abroad. Customer service is good, and their app is functional. As a "co-founder" (a.k.a. early adopter) I feel involved in their community of users/customers, and appreciate the way Tandem engages with us. Reviewed on: 1st June 2018
