Kroo have been nothing but amazing with their customer service. They have been transparent and clear in their communication, have acknowledged when the service they wish to provide isn’t to the high standard they expect of themselves and have a very upbeat and informative app to boot…A breath of fresh air in the banking world and I am so pleased I have joined their Kroo!
