Frustrating

It’s a good bank for a quick bank card when you loose or have a problem but its always blocked and Evan after confirming it’s me using they don’t except to move block until go branch every month I have to get new card at branch after using it in 1 2 shops they decide to block my account and remove block when I go branch and if it has bein used or lost or stolen they decide to not refund you but always blocking account for suspicious activity when they genuine but neva help you if ur card has bein lost or stolen someone cashed money from my account cash back and they never helped me or gave me my money back but always blocking my card and it’s so annoying Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
