Very good

I used to bank with NatWest and after endless amounts of hassle and problems I moved to starling. I was skeptical at first due to the fact that it was an ‘online’ bank but that just makes it 10x better. You can do cheques online and you don’t get told to ‘go to a branch’ because it is too much of an issue. They moved my direct debits so fast, I got my verification and card so fast and if you do need to contact them you know they are always there for you in chat. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
