Growing up, I was always with Barclays as that’s what my parents had. I found most things inaccessible at a click of a button and either had to go into branch or make a long winded phone call for the most simple things. With Starling, everything is available within the app & if you’re ever confused, the live chat option is super easy to use and no questions ever go unanswered. I have multiple different saving spaces to organise my money without going through the hassle of opening saving accounts, me and my boyfriend have a joint account which was made within minutes based off both of us using starling.
