Having been a longtime customer of RBS, I joined. Starling Bank after years of dealing with inadequacy and incompetency from RBS at an unimaginable scale!! Banking with Starling Bank, the difference at every level is unmeasurable in words. All I need to say is thank you Starling for making my whole banking experience seamless, professional and reactive.
