Great experience, policy, and customer service

I’ve recently renewed my home insurance policy with Admiral. It was as easy to renew as it was to take out for the first time. I love that I can tailor make my own policy from the excess values to adding individual items of value. The added bonus of combining home and car insurance for both myself and spouse gave us a very welcome loyalty discount. The website was so easy to negotiate and the quote could be saved for later so we could shop around. I had a couple of queries and my messages were answered fully and very quickly. I easily retrieved the quote when we realised that Admiral had the most comprehensive and tailored policy to meet our needs. They were also the best value. Electronic documents save on paper and postage. They were emailed to me and are available in my online account. I’m sure we’ll be renewing again next year. Reviewed on: 18th August 2022

Great Cover for a Fair Price

This company provides a great all round Gunplan policy that I can tailor to my needs. I apply online and select the options most suitable for me. The prices are displayed clearly so that you know exactly how much each addition is. Easy to understand descriptions provide transparency. The website is easy to use and email enquiries are quickly answered. Full updates are provided by email as and when things change, keeping me up-to-date and maintaining full protection. Everything I need wrapped up in one simple policy

Smooth Transition, Friendly Service

We took out a multi-car policy. My husband's car was written off and we decided to buy a new car for me as main driver and transfer the my older car into his name as main driver. Very helpful staff on telephone, rapid payout on claim for damaged car, smooth transfer of car and addition of new car. Only one admin fee charged for both changes. Very pleased.
