Review of the Mr Lender, Short-term loan:

Friendly and understanding

Currently called up Mr Lender to rearrange my payment schedule as I had a financial situation that arose and I was no longer able. To make the full payment I called up to discuss other payment options. The customer service adviser I spoke to (Rachel) was very helpful. She was sympathetic and really tried her best to find an option that will work for me. I felt like she really did go out her way to find a solution that will work. She was nice and friendly and did her company proud by explaining the terms of the loan properly. I will definitely recommend Mr Lender to anyone who needs an instalment loan.
