Best bank I have used. Even though I have been with the Halifax and First Direct.

So easy to use the app. Create saving pots so easily and you can access and transfer money swiftly and easily. Communications excellent. You can speak to someone direct and phone is swiftly answered. No long waits and staff who do not understand you. I like the connected card too. Can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
