App based banking with benefits Kroo has it!

On the lookout for a rewarding current account I found Kroo and their App based offering. Being app based was no worry to me as I already had a number from other providers. Kroo's competitive interest rate really grabbed me so I applied then and there. Now to be honest during the application process I thought I was not going to be successful as asking a short sighted 60+ to make a selfie video while reading keywords off the screen without his glasses on was a real challenge but as luck would have it it worked! They did need a bit more information to do their due diligence but that was understandable as I had recently moved. So account opened and deposits made the only further help I needed was getting to grips with Kroo's vernacular so that I could workout how to setup a BACS but that turned out to be straightforward. I am really happy with Kroo I think the challenges they gave me has made our bond and my appreciation of them stronger. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
