Simple, user friendly banking.

Great bank. Being exclusively online with no "high street" locations may put people off, but it shouldn't. The app is very easy use, never offline for maintenance. Sending or receiving money is easy and fast. A notification informing me that I've taken money out of a cash machine appears before the money even comes out! I've only had to call them once, the person was polite, professional and friendly and the issue I had was dealt with quickly. Paying in cash can be done at post office if needed. Definitely the best bank I've used and I've recommended to friends and family many times. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
