Great

Set up a new Atom account and was up and running in a couple of days. Very intuitive app and have zero issues so far. Good rate of interest and quick to change it after bank of england base rate changes. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Review of the Kroo, Current account:

Failed

Applied for a Kroo Account via their app. Took nearly 20 days to be processed. Account was rejected even with a very good credit score via Credit Karma. No reason given. Contacted customer support to find out why and was told, a week later, that they couldn't tell me. Signed up for an Atom account around the same time and was up and running within a couple of days with no issues. Would not rank Kroo Bank. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
