Lack of business support

While i like the digital bank platform and this has worked in general but I have been underwhelmed with some services. After a year of been a customer we received a message threatening to close our business account as some of our transactions were not deemed by Starling as business transactions. There were down to transactions at supermarkets were as a business we provide food and snacks for employees to keep them motivated while in the office. We applied for an overdraft facility in February and this was approved. We spent weeks back and forth signing digital forms that were not formatted correctly and as a consequence voided to be now sat in a que waiting to find out with no defined deadline when the facility will be available. From the perspective of a small business owner this has been very poor and caused some financial difficulties which you claim to support.
