Incompetent management

After offering a leading interest rate which swamped them with applications resulting in weeks-long delays dealing with basic customer service requests for existing customers, their management are unapologetic. Totally inappropriate for them ti be considered for any kind of reward. Considered for having their banking licence revoked would be more like it. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Close to flawless

I’ve been happy with them for a year and a half now. Other banks could lessons from Chase. The here are still a few features missing like overdrafts and cheque deposits, hence the 4 rather than 5. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
