Supportive Starling!

Had a few scam transactions that were dealt with so well, swiftly, with excellent customer service from start to finish. Love the spaces features and simplicity of use of the app. Really useful breakdown features for tracking my spending on a monthly basis. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

Simply the best!

I have been with Starling Bank for a couple of years now. I was drawn to it after reading about Anne Boden and researching online banking for the first time. It is simply so easy to use and encourages saving and tracking transactions and spending on my busy current account. I have had to contact customer service on several occasions and found it to be a second to none service. Security is excellent and has prevented fraudulent transaction attempts on two occasions. I am happy and will be sticking with Starling no doubts whatsoever! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
