Good but has room for improvement

Having been with Barclays for roughly 7 years, I've had a fair few issues between rejected payments and somewhat ineffective customer service, but as a bank account for general use it's not bad at all. The app and online banking are easy and intuitive. Staff are kind and helpful in person. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great interest rates and responsive team

Has one of the best interest rates on a current account I could find, and the team behind Kroo are quick to respond promptly to customer queries, very happy with it overall though I wish verification was a bit speedier Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
