Proper service support

As someone who works with innovative technology and specialises in designing services that work for everyone, I am surprised that Bath doesn't have a digitally enabled online presence, but also delighted that I for one have not missed it. Helpful, very responsive service, without any chatbots, irritating remote phone dialogue or the other pratfalls that have made some other providers' services horrible experiences over the years.
