Amazing

Being less tech savvy and a little older I was a little concerned about using this account for day and day and savings but was pleasantly surprised how easy and straightforward the process was. I have a couple of issues but raised this with the customer services who couldn’t be more helpful and helped me sort out. They were very understanding and understood that I needed a little help using the app. Really appreciated and made the experience even better. Having everything in an app is good and gives me the assurances that I can reach out should I need further help. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
