How can people like starling?

I don’t get a lot of the reviews here. Eveything started off great and I liked what they were doing at the start. Sing up was easy and it worked. I understood what I needed. But then my transfers stopped working. Starling said they fixed it but it stopped. As a result I couldn’t pay suppliers and faced fines. Starling refused to help. They wouldn’t fix my account wouldn’t let me pay. It gave me really bad mental health issues and still they didn’t care. Had to open another account in order to keep my business afloat. Starling do not care. I read all the reviews saying how great they are and wonder if they have singled me out to give me a poor service. What did I do to you? They still haven’t fixed the issue it’s been months. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
