Tread Cautiously - wolves in sheep's clothing

Initially I thought that I had made a great choice using this company, however I am now forced to leave this review. I had recently moved house and changed my address, to whit I was charge a admin fee of £40, an admin fee that is charged not because any human has to a job, but an admin fee to move my address information from one database to another. After putting me in a position that forced me to pay the fee as they knew I had moved and any claim would become void. I am now in a position that this admin fee was used to change other details as my direct debit date was changed without my consent. Trying to contact these people is on its own a stressful process.
