Great customer service, great rates

Whenever I visit my local branch in Bath, I am always greeted in a very warm & friendly manner. The staff go out of their way to make you feel a valued member. I also love the fact that society is mutual, meaning they offer very competitive interest rates & being able to have our opinions listened to, makes us as customers, feel very valued.
