A nightmare

I got locked out of my account all of sudden, and didn't get any information as of why was that. They just told me to check my activity last week to see if there was anything strange.. But it was just purchases at tesco, sainsburys and some buses I regularly take. Mind you, I have a "Plus" account even though I'm a student and have been more than happy with them till now. But it's been 5 days already and even have had to ask my family for money. I am taking all my money anywhere else as soon as I have access to my account again. Stay away from these tricksters. There's plenty of options out there. Update: All they can do, as expected, is copy+paste the answers over and over. Already a week and my account still locked. Reviewed on: 5th June 2018
