lots of tricks

1/ you have to accept the 'auto renew' when you buy - you can only opt out afterwards 2/ renewal quote is supposed to give you last years price for comparison- but its not accurate - both mine and my husbands renewal came up with a figure for the previous years insurance far higher(nearlyÂ£100) than we actually paid - making the renewal quote look lower - nasty trick - needless to say I wont be renewing!
