Easy and flexible

I find Zopa's app easy to use and navigate. The login process feels secure but is convenient. I like having different saving pots and being able to move money and make withdrawals easily. It was quick and easy to apply for the Biscuit current account and I really appreciate the cashback and the notifications about upcoming payments. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

The Zopa app is simple to use and easy to navigate.

The app is very simple to use and easy to navigate. Customer service is good. Transfers out and between savings pots are very quick. Interest rates have been increased several times over the last few months and remained competitive. Having an instant access and a choice of notice 'boosted' accounts all in one place is very appealing and it's easy to give notice. There's not too much communication. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024

Easy to manage credit card

I like the fact that Nationwide ask you to opt in when they offer to raise your credit limit. It's easy to view transactions on the app and website and easy to download monthly statements. Shame it's not cashback any more but other than that, can't complain. I also like the fact Nationwide is owned by its members and has co-operative values. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Good customer service by phone

I generally check my ISA online but have recently made two phone calls to customer services and was pleasantly surprised to be answered quickly, have my issues dealt with promptly, with everything explained to my satisfaction by someone who didn't just read the script. Straightforward credit card

A basic credit card with a monthly email prompting me to download and check my statements. Very easy to use. Sadly, cashback was removed a while ago, but I like the fact Nationwide is owned by its members and operates with ethics in mind so I can live without the perk. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
