What a sea change from the big uns!

I cannot speak highly enough of them. A few small issues like no credit cards yet however they completely surpass the 'big banks' in respect of ease and service levels that leave the others standing. As an example tried to phone Lloyds this week 55 minutes and i gave up. Never waited more than 5 minutes for Starling to answer and they have always dealt with the matter then and there efficiently and with courtesy and no stupid gdpr/ being recoded / we reall appreciate your call nonsense. Such a breath of fresh air to deal with. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
