Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

This is my first bank

Many of my friends appreciate the bank's focus on customer service and convenience, such as extended hours and instant debit card printing. Additionally, Metro Bank has won multiple awards for its innovative approach to banking, such as being named "Most Innovative Bank" at the 2019 Banking Technology Awards. However, like any bank, there are also negative reviews from some customers who have had issues with service, fees, or other aspects of their experience. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
