Lovely branch staff!

For me, online banking is what i need and use most of the time. Metro banking is really easy to use online and very secure. I feel safe using it. If i have needed to contact customer services via phone or chat then they have answered everything i need professionally and with kindness. I did have to visit my local branch to delosit a cheque recently and the staff were so friendly & helpful, even holding the door for me on my way out. Best bank in my opinion!
