Always quick to help when needed

Clear reminders, great advice always quick to help on the phone for example when my new card didn't arrive. The customer service team was calm, helpful and sorted a replacement card quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 24th May 2026

Always helpful always efficient

Easy to run account in person or by phone. Open late. Offered a trust account when most banks didn't. Always efficient and helpful, easy to talk to, good at problem solving. Get back in touch when they say they will, which is such a small thing but seems impossible by some banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
