When I first joined metro bank I was 16 and that was 5 years ago now, I had really bad anxiety and still do, metro bank staff are so kind and helpful that it’s a place I don’t worry as much. Their staff are always so friendly and reassuring to help, their services aren’t overly complex making it easy to understand, they don’t have any hidden fees, they are very accessible,, and any issues you may have they do their best to help.
