New account opening

Staff welcomed me into the Crawley branch and guided me into opening a new current account. My learning difficulty wasnt an issue and really felt my questions and concerns where answered accordingly. My brother was by my side and confirmed all my details with the branch manager and her team. When i returned a few days later to deposit some cash again they assisted me doing so. I wanted to change from my previous bank to Metro because of the help i need. Most outstanding and understanding bank Ive been to. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
