Quick no hassle

I called you not my local branch in Hammersmith to open an account, l was passed straight over to a customer advisor within approximately 30 minutes an account was opened for me with a debit card provided noted ready to use. I am 73 years old and not computer savvy, the customer adviser showed me how to add a PIN number to my account. I have since moved my pension to be paid into my account and l have also visited the branch to pay a cheque in, this was done quickly and smoothly. I cannot praise the bank and advisors enough, how quickly and easily they deal with you face to face and with a smile. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
