Finally a bank with customer service at its core

I have had a succession of miserable experiences with a variety of high street banks. In desperation I moved my accounts for the forth time to a new bank and chose metro. I was instantly struck by the difference, they were welcoming and personal. Although they have an app they have not made the questionable decision to remove all banking services from branches .they set up the app for me in branch and have assisted me with the interface. This bank holds customer service as a core value proving to me time and again that they are a breed apart from the other banks. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
