Customer Service at its best

The opening times are so good and reflect how customers want to access their account. The staff are always knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure any issues are sorted. Being able to get a card on site instead of having to wait for a new card to reach you by the 'snail mail' which is Royal Mail these days. The app shows all the information you need including any transactions which are still pending. Well done Metro for putting customer service first!!! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
