The best online bank out there

Oh they are wonderful, great schemes, awesome support, best in class app, best in case rewards, I can't think of any negatives with them. I highly recommend them and have got two of my family and friends to join them. They don't require any unwanted documents/proofs and their process is completely online. It's perfect for everyone and there best out there. I would love to see them have the credit card as a feature. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Nothing great here, but...

Metro Bank was something that drew my attention when I first approached them for opening up my Current Account. It felt like their schemes were good, their operations were great and the support was wonderful. But only when I started interacting and collaborating is when I realised that the bank is a peacock. There schemes are not useful and they make false promises. They attract customers on false promises. I was told that I can get a credit card if I am with the bank for 3+ month (to improve my credit score) and when I approached them after 5, they said that my credit score was not good enough to get a credit card. Keep away from them and look for a stable Bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
