Outstanding customer service

My wife and I recently opened an account at Metro Bank. I was incredibly impressed by the patience, knowledge and excellent customer service skills of all the staff we met. And the bank also offers convenient high street premises which are open at convenient times for the customer. Our experience could not have been better. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
