I work full time. Was unable to get to my previous bank as they reduced hours so much and closed all branches locally. Complete disregard for what customers want! Metro bank are easily accessible out of normal hours AND weekends. Never wait long to see an actual person who can help rather than a ‘bot’. Also, rates are competitive, products easy to understand and navigate on their app. All my experiences have been first class. Well done metrobank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
