I have been a PayPal customer for a while and I have had positive experiences when I have contacted them. When I have gad to contact them over an issue it has been addressed and I have been informed. I find PayPal credit a bit confusing when I have tried to make a payment on an individual purchase as I can't seem to find how to do it. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Always helpful and resolve problems

I lost my card and was worried someone had used it. The staff were very helpful and sorted it out straight away. They are also child friendly and spoke to my daughter and gave her a goody bag when I opened the account. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
