Really good customer service

When you speak to Marcus. You instantly talk to a human being without going through a longautomated system. My savings account is simple and money is easy to transfer. The app is simple and the interest rate goes up much quicker than my other accounts. Above all the best customer service of all the banks I use. And have used on the past. Simple and Good Value.

Having never used an App for banking before. I was pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of using it. I transferred my savings from my main bank as the interest rate was much better. My main current account bank also agreed they could not offer the same interest rate. And confirmed that ZOPA was a recognised bank. Which was reassuring. I love the easy way I can check it on the app and build up savings for my future house. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
