Exceptional banking experience

In all my banking experience, Metro bank stands out, everytime l have walk into the bank there is a warmth in their welcome approach which l experience throughout, l feel valued and they do all that is in their power to proffessionally deliver best customer service. I have never been left sitting waiting for my appointment wondering how soon l would be attended to, they always give update as to how soon l will be attended to. I have observed that they treat customers as individuals offering the best tailored service for all. Will continue to recommend to family and friends.
