Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

Up to date banking

Metro is very up to date with their banking and customer service. The banks themselves are very welcoming and I love that they have water and treats out for dogs. I love the machine for children to use so they can put their pennies in and it can go straight into their account or they can get it back in cash. The kids love using this. My current account was very simple to open. The customer service agent described everything and explained the whole process to me very clearly. Understanding that I have learned in difficulties he didn't make me feel small or stupid. He simply helped me and went the extra mile for me, which was absolutely fantastic. I've had several things happen to my account that was not Metro Bank's fault and as soon as I called Metro Bank about these things that had happened, the customer service agents sorted it out immediately and did not make me feel like I was at fault. I do have a bank account with another bank, however I can honestly say that Metro is the best bank that I've ever been with. The app is absolutely fantastic and so easy to use. The only thing I would change on the app is the ability to see your pin and possibly more biometric security. However, I do feel like my account is safe. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
