For 13 years this has been my bank and I will never leave

Where do I start?! There are so many good things about metro Bank it’s hard to know! I’ll go with how I recommend this to people in real life…. “The branches are open 7 days a week, you only ever have to speak to one operator on the phone no matter what! They don’t pass you from pillar to post like other banks. I got a free umbrella and a sandwich toaster when I signed up, both of which I still use 13 years later! If you lose you card you can pop in and get another within 5 minutes (which has saved me a number of times from being stuck in the mall car park!). Bounced direct debit? One off charge which is minimal! Transfers in seconds in or out AND THE BEST BIT………THEY LET DOGS IN AND HAVE DOG BISCUITS!!!!! I will never change banks, EVER. GO AND GET AN ACCOUNT…you won’t look back. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
