Metro Bank Luton

When Metro Bank opened in Luton, my family and I were the customers to join. The love and respect on our first visit was amazing, they took photographs of us with our cards to remember their first customers. It has been more than 5 years now since I have joined Metro Bank and the experience as a customer has been outstanding. Not once have I had a complain with the bank, responses are given in a quick manner and the service inside the bank is just as good as from the first day I entered. Personally, comparing my experiences with other banks I have joined, Metro Bank has always stood out for me. A lovely atmosphere with people who love their job. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
