Fantastic customer service with brilliant opening hours

I have accounts with Nationwide and Barclays as well as Metro. I find that Metro are friendlier, easier to get in touch with and their opening hours are far superior to Nationwide and Barclays who seem to think we’re still in the dark ages. If I have any issue with Metro, I know I can pop down there after work or after lunchtime on Saturday, and even Sunday - they greet you like friends and bend over backwards to resolve any issues right there and then - even print you a new card. Also, their free pens are great and someone invariably steels it from you if they see it’s a metro pen. I am going to consolidate all my accounts and move all my banking to Metro.
