Over 10 years with Barclays!

I have been with Barclays since I was 15 years of age and they have always been helpful dealing with lost cards, fraud and extra information about my accounts. Even when I’m in urgent need of a bank card it’s easily accessible providing I can get to branch. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Great services and great support!

As a neurodivergent individual who has trouble at times keeping track of my passwords etc, metro bank have been extremely helpful and understanding when needing to gain access to mobile banking. Their apps and information is easy to understand and this far have had no problems with access my accounts and funds. Their team have always been polite and I have never had to wait too long to access support. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
