I had a lot of trouble with the 4 main banks when I wanted an account. Metro Bank understood my concerns and made me feel that they appreciated my customer. And that has been the same up to today. I feel important to them and they are straight forward and easy to use and always on the phone if you need them 24/7 what more could you ask for. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
