Excellent customer service and very efficient

The app is very easy to use and is handy with the spending breakdowns which feel more easy to understand and less intimidating than with other bank current accounts I have used. The in-person service in the bank is always friendly and seems genuinely caring rather than begrudging, which is why I prefer them to other banks. I have lost or had my bank card stolen on several occasions and they are always ready to cancel the old card and print me a new one within 10 minutes - when I had a similar problem with Santander, it became a two week problem. I've banked with Metro Bank since I was 14 and expect I will do for many more years Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
