Fantastic Customer Friendly Bank

Each time I go into one of their branches I am greeted as though I am a friend. Everyone is friendly, cheerful and polite and nothing is too much trouble. All customer service is face to face and nothing is machine based unless you choose it to be. In these days of endless bank closures this company needs to stay. It has the social interaction of the 'old days' along with the up to date technology of now. Well done Metro Bank. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
