Every visit to Metro Bank is like stepping back in time, to an age when customers were valued and a personalised service assistant made you feel special. Totally professional in their dealings with the public. Metro Bank beats the rank and file high street competitors hands down. There is no comparison. I have been a delighted customer for 10 years.
